Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Post which, he has worked in the field of marine navigational and communication equipments as a maintenance engineer.
He also hold a Masters in Agribusiness and Plantation Management. He was awarded as the best all round student in his batch as he was highly proactive and made things happen. It was here that he developed his passion for the SDGs and the MDGs.
In the field of agribusiness, he has developed noble concepts for tackling the hunger problem and had delivered a presentation at the Second International Global Food Security Conference held at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York in 2015. He constantly works on systems that synchronize technology and management in improving the lives of farmers and other stakeholders.
He is a active debater and actively participated in the Model United Nations debates. He had been invited to represent India at the 14th UNCTAD held at Nairobi, Kenya in 2016.
Currently, he is working on public health management systems.
