I worked with National NGOs in various supportive positions and achieved practical experience on Project management & Designing, Staff Development & Management, awareness & capacity building, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Sexual & Reproductive Health rights, Women Empowerments, Supervision, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data collection & compilation, other service providers in development sectors, Coordination with different Govt. and non-govt. Agencies and achieved 8 years of working experience in the field of Community Development. I received different types of training e.g. BRAC, ICDDR, B, Gems P. Grant School of Public health & BRAC University, World Vision, Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BSWS), Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra(PMUK), NASP and also outside in our countries from Nepal, Myanmar, Malaysia. I have attended the 12th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP12) that was held in Bangladesh. Now I am working as M & E Specialist of Prioritized HIV prevention services for the key population in Bangladesh under Light House.
I am directly involved in Active Citizens Youth Leadership Training Program. Under this program, 180 volunteers trained and undertook social Action Project (SAP) in the communities. They have identified the problems and try to solve with the help of communities people. Now they are work in three districts and I am monitoring to them. O the other hand, Light House has been implementing Development of youth leaders among vulnerable groups (young sex worker, young affected by HIV and Drugs) funded by FK Norway with the partnership CSG, Nepal. I am a focal person to assist them.
