Yes. Even the beggar woman or the beggar man in the streets of Bangladesh, India or Africa has as much entrepreneurial potential inside as anybody else in the world. They simply have never opened their box to find out that it is all in there because they never knew that it is there. Society never allowed, never facilitated unwrapping that gift.
