I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from National University of Laos and Master Degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand on Southeast Asia Studies. My on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate planning and project management abilities, I generate at:
– I have experience with project management cycle and budget management to discuss and document
lessons learnt and agreed on action-learning plans and budget plans with counterparts.
– Capacity building to outline framework for research project and evaluation activity on the status of
project to discuss and share experiences in learning exchange meetings and planning workshops,
to plan the next step.
– I have strong research Interests and knowledge about international migration, social change and
migrant worker and labor, gender equality and women empowerment with female migrant workers
and female factory workers youth issues in Southeast Asia.
– Training and Coaching Skills- about two years with partners, staff and college students.
