Victor is a Business Administrator and Management information systems expert with a Hons degree in both field from the University of Ghana. He is the co-founder of Eco-Care Organization (ECISSL®) a social enterprise providing sustainable solutions to waste pollution and proliferation, civic participation and unemployment for Nigerian Youths. he is a 2017 Tony Elumelu Foundation Fellow and Sterling Bank Business Academy Alumni.
