Passion driven in providing solutions to problems plaguing my community through human & community development. Trained community health worker with four year’s experience working with community health center’s and not for profit organizations; in the provision of curative and preventive healthcare services to mother’s, children in Kumba-southwest region Republic Of Cameroon.

In 2020, founded Lucien Inspires Mentoring Program Series (LIMPS) LTD a social impact company legally registered in Cameroon whose vision is effecting positive change and revitalizing youthful potentials through; leadership, empowerment, counselling, development cooperation, and international youth symposium strategic programs.

In 2021, was appointed Cameroon’s Country Director of WORLD YOUTH SUMMIT NPC working in close collaboration with the executive board members in the establishment of the objectives of WYS NPC.

In 2022, was appointed Project Manger of MI NINA NGO in Kumba-Cameroon responsible for planning, development, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Mobilize resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed periodically.
