@ Alinafe Kachiguma, Thank you for your appreciation in this idea, and about being aware that orange fleshed sweet potato has got vitamin A is due to research project conducted by SUGECO (Sokoine University Graduate Entrepreneur Cooperative - Tanzania), which focuses on the promotion of vitamin A-rich crops,By supporting smallholder farmers (SHFs) in ten villages located in the Kilosa and Gairo districts, the project aims to support farmers growing and selling high quality cash crops, thereby playing an active role within both the harvest and market processes, through such project,brought positive results that helped address the nutritional deficiency prevalent among Tanzanian children as well as pregnant and lactating women.
I am neither working with the ministry of Agriculture nor Health related sector but both government and public sector are now aware of nutritional crops that ends hunger and solve malnutrition problem in Tanzania by building different workshops and training on how these nutrition food adds advantages to our body.

@Saurabhkumar Chaudhari, Orange fleshed sweet potato is the most important root tuber and food crop of the world, it has tremendous potential to contribute to a food based approach to promote food security, to alleviate poverty and to supplement as an alternative staple food for the resource poor farmers. Orange-fleshed sweet potato is now emerging as an important member of the tropical tuber crops having great possibility for being adopted as regular diet of the consumer food chain to tackle the problem of vitamin A deficiency. Apart from cheap source of energy, the tubers are rich in starch, sugars, minerals and vitamin A in the form of -carotene.
Mr.Saurabhkumar, such nutritional food crop once consumed will end millions deaths of young children who suffer from mulnutrition
