Thank You to All Our Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition Participants

Thank you to everyone who entered the Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition this year!
We are so impressed with the amount of effort that went into all of your entries as well as your vision for economic and societal value creation through innovative, environmentally, and socially beneficial ideas and projects.
You all make this competition more interesting and power its goal of making entrepreneurship education available to all those who consider it the pathway to prosperity and profit through social and sustainable business. Even though a difficult year, once again you proved that the spirit of innovation thrives in times of crisis.
You can act and succeed or fail and try again, to take risks, to identify opportunities and seize them that will shape a more resilient future that works for all.
The 2021 CEC endorses the International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development and Education for Sustainable Development for 2030 and we are happy that many out of the nominated ideas and projects champion Quality Education (SDG 4) and rely on creativity as a tool to drive jobs, revenue, cultural engagement, equality, and community resources.
We want to thank any single one of you for your participation and time, even though many were not able to complete their applications.
For all those who couldn’t make it in time to submit an entry, we hope to have you at future events. Meanwhile, take our entrepreneurship courses, expand your network, and make new friends.
To the contestants who have their ideas and projects nominated in the Youth and Adult competitions, remember that the deadline for votes and comments is on November 1st.
We’ll get back soon to you to guide you through this stage of the competition.
