#MEET I-CACE Community Media

This is a short interview we conducted with Harikrishnan.R, the creator of I-CACE Community Media. If you like this project and would like to vote for it, click here.

1. Please, tell us a bit about yourself: where are you from and what is your background?

Myself Harikrishnan.R. I am from Kerala. Currently I work for IBF Labs as CEO, I obtained my previous degrees in Commerce (a B.COM in Commerce, awarded by the University of Kerala and an MBA by Anna University from Chennai), but my interests go more deeper into understanding the Macro & Micro Economics, human behavior, more specifically, understanding the relationships between the individual self and society, from both educational and economical points of view. Currently working on my own theory called Individual-Environment theory connecting the Macro & Micro analysis of Individual’s relationship with different environments (Factor Market, Product Market & Trade Blok), which include Labor Market, Learning Market, E-commerce Market, Tourism Market etc.. For proving this theory I have currently developed a web application named I-CACE which is in the development stage. I-CACE is designed based the mix of both 4D Cellular Automata & Game theory. The system is completely designed based on AI Concept & is able to Identify even the micro level analysis of all the above communities.

My personal credo is that we need to have a closer look at the society as well as individual self, from both educational point and economical points of view, I have developed a new concept of Individual-Environment theory as part of designing I-CACE. My theory is able to accommodate both Individual & Environment in its Subjective & Objective aspect. We need to have a good database of the individuals, their interests, and the social connectivity of the education systems, career, E-commerce, Travel & accommodation, News & place movements in a specified geography Using the I-CACE system which is designed based on Cellular Automata & Game theory concept. The most important point is the quality of data and the amount of data available for analysis regarding these issues. However, if we can develop I-CACE, this will work as a lab for collecting all the data [Individual Data: individual resume, Self Analysis, Personality Analysis, Social Media Analysis, Emotion Analysis, education, career , E-commerce, Travel & accommodation, News & place movement as well all the aspect of Individuals life. By collecting the data for continuous 3 years will give us a more clear insight about Self, Career Movement, Skill Requirement & Learning movement, Buying behavior, Travel & Accommodation patterns, Place profiles & News Patterns.

2. Can you describe your idea or project in two sentences?

I-CACE-Community-Media connects Factor Market (Labor Market, Finance Market & Land Market) & Product Market and finds the development and growth of each economy and their bt improve the socio-economic status of each individual and nation.

3. How did you get your idea or concept?

I attended one of the lectures of DR APJ Abdul Kalam's "2020 Vision". I was impressed by his concept of 2020 vision. As per the current statistics, 65% of India are under 35, half a population under 25. The average age in India today is 28. We have 160 million people in the age group of starting work. But the real questions is do we have the ability to equip the people & take advantage. If we don’t nurture the people right way the demographic-dividend turns into the demographic-catastrophe. Education in our country is not just a social-economic issue. It becomes a national security issue. We need to equip our people to take advantage of what the 21st century offers us. The problem of gender-equality is an issue we face. Women’s literacy is 66%. One out of three Indian women still can’t read/write. We trust education can empower people. Our gross enrollment ratio in primary schools 116%, by 8th grade 69%, 10th grade 39%, @ college our gross enrollment is 18% against the global average of 29%. The need of vocational training is really high. I-CACE is built on addressing the above problems. The above problem has been faced by many nations.

4. What is unique about your idea/project and how does it benefit mankind?

Promote Labor market and connect Job seekers and employers under one platform where both can analyze what they wanted to do. Equip the future generation with right talent and skills. Promote e commerce market and connect buyer and seller under one platform where in both can analyze what they wanted to do.

5. Describe yourself as an entrepreneur in one sentence

More than an entrepreneur I would like to see my self as a researcher who can support and build a better society.

6. How do you deal with people that doubt your abilities/initiatives?

Explain them, Ask them where they have doubt and try to clear their doubts from their point of view.

7. Where does your passion lie?

Research, Building a better world, Supporting people who need help, preserve nature, Destroy poverty, Destroy inequality & enlight people

 8. What are you afraid of or what keeps you up at night?

I don’t lose any sleep at night over the potential for failure. But some times I feel the economy is not going the right way. As i explained in your 3rd question.

9. According to you, money is a synonym for.....

Medium of Exchange

10. If you could rid the world of three things, what would they be?

  2. Unemployment
  3. Gender Inequality

Your opinion on what you like about the YCEC@ case community media is impressive. Being a young person I am quite interested in creating the world, I desire to see and live. I believe that if all young persons have this mind, we will surely recreate the world because we are the future generation. If we recreate our world now, tomorrow will live in the world we desire and our children will see the world in a different perspective from what we are presently seeing and living.
“You may live in the world as it is, but you can still work to create the world as it should be” Michelle Obama

I hope it is not just a wish but it is accompanying with actions because it is actions that can create the world we so desire to live in.

Thank you campus administrator for including this item in your interview questions.
